Abortion Is Murder!

Abortion is a violation of the laws of the Bible:

“Thou shalt not murder/kill.” –Exodus 20:13

“Thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.” –Leviticus 20:2,4,5.

“This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” –John 15:12-13

Abortion is a violation of the U.S. Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” –Preamble 

Abortion is a violation of the U.S. Constitution:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” –Preamble

Abortion is a violation of the U.S. Bill of Rights:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” (The womb is suppose to be a child’s home for 9 months) –The 4th Amendment.

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury…  nor be deprived of Life, Liberty, or Property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” –The 4th Amendment.

“Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” –The 8th Amendment 

“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” –The 9th Amendment 

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” –The 10th Amendment 

Abortion is a violation of the Hippocratic Oath:

“I will not give to a woman an abortive remedy.” (Not an endorsement of the pagan first line of the oath.

Abortion is a violation of the Declaration of Geneva:

“The health and life of my patient will be my first consideration. I will maintain the utmost respect for human life, from the time of its conception, even under threat, I will not use my medical knowledge contrary to the laws of humanity.” –The original Declaration of Geneva

“THE HEALTH OF MY PATIENT will be my first consideration. I WILL MAINTAIN the utmost respect for human life. I WILL NOT USE my medical knowledge to violate human rights and civil liberties, even under threat.” –The Declaration of Geneva, as currently amended.
